MFX Hub
FAQs

Questions we are asked

Which brokers and platforms does MFX Hub support?
Any broker with a MetaTrader 5® server, and cTrader accounts through cTrader's open API, on the same SDK. You give the server and your login; MFX Hub runs your terminal against it.
Who is the licensee of the terminal?
You are. You hold the broker account and you accept the terminal's licence at onboarding. MFX Hub provides the cloud infrastructure, the management and the API; it does not sell or rent the terminal and is not affiliated with its publisher.
Do you store my broker password?
It travels once, over TLS, into a vault and is used by reference when your terminal logs in. No API returns it, the SDK renders it as *** in every log line and traceback, and it cannot be printed by accident.
Do you take custody of my funds or my broker account?
No. MFX Hub holds no broker accounts and moves no money. Your account stays with your broker; MFX Hub runs the terminal that logs in to it.
What happens if a terminal disconnects?
It is recovered in bounded steps, each recorded. Your application sees the state and the conditions on the terminal and the events on the stream. With high availability, a warm stand-in takes over.
Is a retry safe?
Yes. Every write takes an idempotency_key, and none of them default it. Retrying with the same key returns the original answer; a fresh key asks for a new order or terminal. This is how a copier avoids a duplicated trade.
How fast is an order?
Every result carries two figures: your broker's time to answer and the platform's own time. Terminals run in the region closest to your broker. We publish observed figures on the status page rather than a headline number here.
Which languages can I use?
Python, TypeScript, .NET and Java SDKs, all generated from the same contract the API is built from. Any other language calls the REST API directly with the signing guide and the published contract.
Can I run my own expert advisor?
Yes. You upload source, we build it and audit it, you read the report, and it runs beside your terminal after a trial. Green and grey findings deploy automatically; amber is reviewed by a person; red comes back to you with reasons.
Where is the service hosted?
In the cloud, in regions chosen for proximity to brokers. Seven are planned; the first is open and the rest follow customer demand.
Is there a free trial?
A developer account gives you one terminal on a demo server for 24 hours with the full API and SDK, released automatically at the end. Create one from the Sign up page.
Do you publish an availability commitment?
A monthly target with written exclusions and credits is part of Enterprise. The status page shows the measured availability of the platform, by product and region, from the same record our operators read.
Who is behind MFX Hub?
MFX Hub is built and operated by KUDMANI PTY LTD, Australia.
